Website > Peter McGlynn - Solution Group "My work is based around growing up in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear. It could tell a story of a lost love, or perhaps of a lost football game. Each one is drawn from memory using loosely applied marks and gestures that try to create a dynamic tension on the page. Hopefully when people see my work it will stimulate them into thinking about what is happening, or what has just happened. The reason why I work in the lithographic medium is that I love the marks it creates both accidentally and intended.
